We have several payment options: credit card, debit card, pay pal, cash USD or MXN and local bank transfers. 

No, pets are not accepted. We highly appreciate your understanding on this.

You cannot smoke anywhere during your stay in the hotel. 

We offer transportation only for our guests to and from the airport with an additional cost of $1,200.00 MXN Pesos (per service) in a private van for up to 8 passengers and their luggage. The cost of the roundtrip trip to the airport-hotel will be $2,400.00 MXN pesos MN. The cost of this service will be paid in advance to confirm. This service is subject on the availability. 

Late checkout will be possible subject on availability on your departure date and has an additional cost and allows you to stay until 5:00 p.m.; upon request at the reception, please. Payment is at the reception.
