  • RESERVATION POLICIES:

To confirm and guarantee a reservation a deposit is required according to the following list.
  • For stays from 1 to 7 nights, first night deposit is required.
  • For stays from 8 to 29 nights, 30% deposit is required.
  • For stays for 1 month or more, 50% deposit is required.

    • As soon as the deposit is received, you will get a Confirmation Number and the reservation will be guaranteed. Balance due upon arrival.

  • PAYMENT METHODS:

To confirm and guarantee a reservation a deposit is required according to the following list.
  • At the front desk, with Cash, Credit Cards (Visa and Master Card, except American Express) or Travelers Checks.
  • Online Payments through PayPal with Credit Card or PayPal account.
  • Electronic bank transfers.
  • Checks deposits.
  • We do not accept Money Orders.

  • TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS:

We do not provide transportation service, but here is some information that maybe will be helpful:
  • Bus: Buses are available at the airport to take you to Puerto Morelos. The cost is around $5 USD per person and you are dropped at the bus depot at the intersection on Highway 307. From the depot, you can take a taxi into town. In Puerto Morelos, buses are also available every 15 minutes to take you to Playa del Carmen and Cancun. They are a very economical way to travel and are in nice condition on the inside (most of them with TV and air conditioning).
  • Taxi: Taxis are available everywhere. The average airport taxi transportation is $80 USD round trip (for 2 passengers). Here are some links to make a reservation for a taxi in advance: www.cancun-taxi.com , www.airport-cancun-shuttle.com, www.cancuntransfers.com
  • Car: If you are planning to do a lot of travels nearby (Cancun, Playa del Carmen, archeological sites, etc.) renting a car is probably your most economical option. If you reserve a car online you can request to pickup it at the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
